Features

Payment where
you agreed the order

No payment form on your website

You do not need a separate payment form on your website to send a link to a customer. Company requirements are agreed during onboarding.

Through a familiar channel

Send the link in a messaging app, by email or with a booking confirmation.

With a clear payment status

Return to your dashboard to check the payment status and continue processing the order.

How it works

Create. Send.
Check the status.

A payment link connects your agreement with the customer to the payment methods available to your business.

  1. 01

Create a link in your dashboard

Prepare payment for the agreed order in your X10Pay dashboard.

  2. 02

    Send it to the customer

Send the link with a clear description of the order, service or booking.

  3. 03

    The customer proceeds to payment

They open the payment page and use an available method.

  4. 04

    Check the result

Check the status in your dashboard. Do not treat messages or a customer’s screenshot as proof of payment.

Dashboard and integration

A separate link.
One sales process.

Create a link and track the payment in your dashboard. If you need automation, we will discuss integration with your system and the available API operations.

Need to connect to a website or CRM?

We will first review the technical flow and available API capabilities. A ready-made integration with a specific system is not automatically included.

Questions and answers

What to know
before getting started

Do I need a website to send a payment link?

You do not need a separate payment form on your website to send a link. Requirements for the company, its business description and documentation are agreed before onboarding.

Which payment methods will be available through the link?

Those available to and enabled for your company. A link does not add new payment methods on its own: QR payments via SBP and international acquiring are separate products.

Can links be connected to a website or CRM?

We will discuss the technical flow and available API capabilities before onboarding. The scope of automation depends on your system and the agreed integration.

How do I know the customer has paid?

Check the payment status in your X10Pay dashboard. Sending a link does not mean the payment has been completed.

How do I start creating payment links?

Discuss onboarding with the X10Pay team. Once terms are agreed and the product is activated, payment links are created in your account.
